Pricing TOP

All prices are in Canadian dollars. All Canadian orders are subject to 5% GST. Cloth diapers and covers are PST exempt, but other products are subject to 7% PST.

Payment TOP

We accept all payment methods, including visa, mastercard, and paypal.

Local Pick-up
If you are picking up your order, we will accept cash or cheque as well as credit card or paypal.

Shipping TOP

As I am expecting & will have a new little one soon, all orders are being shipped once per week on Fridays. If you need your order shipped out sooner, please contact me & I will be happy to work something out.

FREE Local Pick-up
A Tall Giraffe is located in Steinbach, MB. If you would like to pick up your order, please leave a note in the comments when you check out and we will arrange a time for pick-up! For all in stock orders, your order will be available for pick-up within 24 hours. Please choose local pick-up when checking out with your order!

Canada Post - Regular Shipping

Within Manitoba:

$.01 - $149.99 = $5.95
$150.00 or more = FREE SHIPPING

Within Canada:

$.01 - $149.99 = $8.95
$150.00 or more = FREE SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 2 business days. They are shipped through Canada Post with Expedited Parcel. This includes a tracking number and $100 worth of insurance. If you would like additional insurance please purchase the additional insurance option of $1.50 per extra $100 of insurance.

Canada Post - Lettermail

If you are ordering a small/light item (diaper cover, swim diaper, soother clip, wet bag ect.), you can select this option for shipping. This shipping option does not include a tracking number or insurance and I accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. To select this shipping, please contact Andrea at info@atallgiraffe.com & I will let you know if it would work and give you a code in order to use this shipping.

Local Delivery

We offer FREE local delivery within Steinbach on orders over $50. For orders under $50 there is a $3 charge.
For customers in Winnipeg, I will continue to meet at a convenient location for us both as I come in Winnipeg about once per week. There is a flat $3 charge for all Winnipeg deliveries.

Packaging TOP

Whenever possible we like to use recycled packaging which helps the environment and cuts down on costs. This means that your package may arrive in a clean box that was meant for another product.

Returns/Exchanges TOP

All sales are final.

If you feel that the item is defective, please contact us or the manufacturer for assistance. We are happy to help!
